KPE Beer Dip

1/4 Cup of Beer 8oz. Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Tsp Paprika KPE Hot Sauce -
30 Dashes 1 Cup Mexican Cheese
1 Small Can Black Olives

Melt cheese in saucepan over low heat. Stir in paprika KPE Wing Sauce beer & olives. Heat until warm serve with tortilla chips or bread. Yum!

Grilled Buffalo Shrimp

4 lbs. of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Cups of your favorite Kelly’s Wing Sauce Marinate
4lbs. of large shrimp, peeled and deveined.

Place the shrimp in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour in your favorite Kelly's Wing sauce and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, thread shrimp onto skewers. Discard marinade. Lightly oil grill grate. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until opaque, basting frequently with additional sauce.

KPE Buffalo Chicken Dip

4 Cups of your favorite fresh chicken chopped. To save time you can use frozen fresh chicken strips

4 Ounces of Ranch Dressing
4 Ounces of Bleu Cheese 1 Package of Cream Cheese
2 Ounces of your favorite Kelly’s Wing Sauce.

Note: Flavor your dip, with the sauce, to your taste. Mix the above ingredients and top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Serve warm with Tortilla Chips.

KPE Pepper Sauce Chicken

This is a great recipe for grilling outdoors!

4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
4 Baking Potatoes
4 Ears of corn with husks on silk removed, just take the silk out and wrap the corn up again.
1 Package of Bleu Cheese Crumbles
2 Cups of KPE Hot Wing Sauce

Marinate chicken breasts for 30 min. prior to cooking, leave some extra sauce for basting. Soak the corn submerged in water during this time as well. Salt your baking potatoes and then microwave them for 5-8 minutes in order to precook them before grilling. This will save you time. Preheat your grill, throw in your baking potaotes, that are wrapped in foil, 1st. Give them 10 minutes to cook a bit longer on the grill. Place your corn in the husks on the grill to steam and your marinated chicken as well. Baste the chicken and cook for 10 min. turning them and serve. Sprinkle the Crumbled Bleu Cheese on your chicken breasts prior to serving. Enjoy!

KPE Chicken Roll

4 Skinless boneless Chicken Breasts (Pounded to 1/4" thickness)
1 Cup of your favorite shredded cheese
2 Cups of melted butter
2 Cups of bread crumbs mixed with 1 packet of dry reanch mix

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Marinate 4 skinless boneless Chicken Breasts (Pounded to 1/4" thickness) with any flavor of Kelly's Wing Sauce for 30 minutes. Place 1 Tbsp of cheese (Cheddar, Colby Jack, Pepper Jack - Use your favorite) in the center of each chicken. Roll up chicken & secure with a toothpick. In a bowl mix a dry ranch packet and breadcrumbs. Dip your marinated chicken roll melted butter and coat with the mixture of dry ranch party dip and bread crumbs. Cover the dish and cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Uncover the dish and cool for an additional 5 minutes just long enough for breading to crisp and turn golden. Top with additional shredded cheese and serve.
