Kelly’s Pub & Eatery was established on July 26, 1990 by the Cosgrove sisters, Tricia, Kelly, Joni, Kathleen, Peggy and Karen.The restaurant is located in the South Side of Scranton, Pennsylvania on Cedar Avenue.

Kelly’s Wednesday Wing Night has become a very popular spot for Hot Wings and ice cold beer served in a friendly family atmosphere. Our Hot Wings have been honored with many awards in local wing contests and media surveys throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

With alsmost 20 years in business we have established ourselves as the place to go for Hot Wings  in northeast PA!
